How To Get Involved with Ready to Read

Ready to Read is a non-profit organization founded in Orange County, CA in 2021. It is staffed by an all-volunteer board of parents and community members who care deeply about ensuring access to evidence-based reading interventions for underprivileged students in Orange County, CA. Ready to Read is focused on raising money from families, the community, and other foundations to fund our work.

We are seeking volunteers who wish to support the following efforts:

• Organizing dyslexia simulation events
• Networking with teachers to increase awareness of dyslexia
• Sharing your expertise and passion in your occupational career
• Support networks for parents with children in need of language-based learning disabilities
• Volunteering your time or expertise with Ready to Read
• Plan or host a fundraising event
